Terms and Conditions
for Participation in Customer Experience Evaluations on behalf of Mystery Solutions (hereinafter “MS”)

1.- I agree to provide services for Mystery Solutions (hereinafter “MS”).
2.- I also acknowledge and agree to the following:

a) That I am only engaged under these terms and conditions and that under no circumstances am I or identify myself as an employee of MS, as my activities will be carried out during the hours I choose, always within the requested timeframe, and using my own resources, with no subordination existing between the parties.

b) That MS will reimburse me a fee determined by MS for each evaluation (the “reimbursement”).

c) That I commit to maintaining confidentiality and not disclosing any data or information provided by MS during or after my participation.

d) That MS may, at any given time, share part of my demographic and background information with clients to verify the independence and identity of my profile in the evaluation process. MS will not share any other personal information with third parties.

e) That I will conduct myself professionally at all times while performing an evaluation on behalf of MS and in no way will I act in a manner that could compromise MS’s credibility.

f) That I am not obligated to accept any evaluation, investigation, or task offered to me, and I understand that I may decline to participate in any evaluation, investigation, or task at any time.

g) That I will follow MS’s instructions in carrying out the evaluation on the specified day and, if I am unable to complete the evaluation, I will immediately notify MS.

h) That MS is not responsible for any personal injury or risk incurred during the visit, investigation, or task performed on behalf of MS.

i) That I may not subcontract another person to perform the evaluation on my behalf unless MS is informed of such decision, and for that purpose:

  i1) The person must be registered in MS’s database and agree to the same terms and conditions.

j) That all materials related to the evaluation and any information provided by MS are considered confidential and reserved. I will handle them carefully and will not duplicate or distribute them to unauthorized third parties without MS’s express written permission.

k) That I will notify MS in writing of any changes to my personal profile, including but not limited to address, phone number, or email.

l) That I will inform MS of any changes in my personal circumstances that may create a conflict of interest in performing any evaluation.

m) That I may be contacted by MS via phone, email, or social media regarding any matter related to these terms and conditions.

n) That MS may terminate this agreement by removing my profile from MS’s evaluator database. This decision may be made without prior notice or reason.

3.- During the visit, I am prohibited from:

a) Disclosing my identity.
b) Mentioning the name of the company, manager, or any MS personnel.
c) Carrying a printed questionnaire or mobile devices visible to others.
d) Exhibiting behavior that could reveal the purpose of the visit.
e) Contacting the manager or any MS personnel during the visit under any circumstances.

4.- I understand that payment for expenses will be reimbursed after the visit and never in advance.

5.- I commit to:

a) Reading and studying the questionnaire prior to my visit in order to observe as many details as possible.
b) Submitting the completed questionnaire electronically within a maximum of 24 hours after the visit.
c) Answering the questionnaire as objectively, thoroughly, and honestly as possible.

6.- I understand that if I fail to meet these deadlines, reimbursement for expenses or payment for my report will not be processed, and I may be removed from MS.
