Evaluation method

Our Mystery Shoppers visit your stores posing as regular customers. They evaluate the shopping experience by acting and perceiving the service as a real customer.

They then complete a questionnaire tailored to their brand, covering topics ranging from the branch’s physical aspects to customer service and sales practices. Due to the new normal we’re experiencing, we’ve expanded our questionnaires to also address health protocols. This way, we can provide you with a complete overview of your business.
