Mystery Shopper
Mystery Solutions is constantly developing specialized software. This allows for unique mystery shopper audits in Mexico. With this platform, our inspectors evaluate store visits through responses, comments, and photographs. Our system receives the information and systematically generates reports with quantitative and qualitative data.
We are the only ones in Mexico with this feature.
Although the platforms are systematic and efficient, at Mystery Solutions, we conduct a human review process for each report by our editing team, aiming to provide accuracy and achieve the quality assessments that distinguish us. All of this is done before submitting the reports to the client profile.
Mystery Solutions’ software is designed to perform customized assessments tailored to the needs of each establishment. It’s flexible, cross-platform, and user-friendly, ensuring optimal performance for mystery shoppers. This program synthesizes questionnaire information to create the most optimal presentation for the client.
Customized reports
The mystery shopper system is designed in a hierarchical structure. First, it is divided into sections, which evaluate general areas of the establishment. Second, the sections are composed of questions. This unique way of structuring the reports allows for the design of specific service quality assessment questionnaires for various businesses.
We divide our reports into evaluation sections, for example “Hospitality, Interior Image, Cleanliness” or any necessary evaluation areas.
Each section is composed of different reagents, “questions” and comments, “qualitative evaluation elements,” from the inspectors.

Presentation of results
At the beginning of each report, the grades obtained for each section are detailed, averaged, and accompanied by a comparative graph.
Grades are based on 10, and each section can be weighted based on the client’s consideration. This allows one section to be given more weight than another, depending on the needs of the business or client.
The report is very easy to read; each section is accompanied by the proposed responses. These are further divided into positive, negative, and inspector comments.
At the end of each report, you’ll find the mystery shopper’s personal comments and recommendations. This way, we enrich our reports by adding qualitative value.
Each evaluation includes photographic evidence to support branch attendance or the products consumed. These are attached at the end of each report.
Multiplataforms
Once the inspectors submit their questionnaires, our quality team reviews the evidence and verifies that it meets all established evaluation criteria. This process is carried out before sending the results to the client, ensuring that each report meets our quality standards.


Both the questionnaires and the reports are stored on our specialized Mystery Shopper Platform. This platform is multi-device capable, meaning it can be accessed on a mobile phone, tablet, or computer, whether running Windows, iOS, or Android.

Once the inspector completes an assessment, our quality department reviews the results, and once approved, the system automatically creates reports that are sent to your client profile. Within 24 hours of the assessment, you’ll receive PDFs of your assessments in your profile.
