Although the platforms are systematic and efficient, at Mystery Solutions we apply a human review process to each report through our editing team, ensuring accuracy and evaluations of the high quality that distinguishes us. This is done before delivering the reports to the client’s profile.

Customized Reports
The mystery shopper system is designed with a hierarchical structure. First, it is divided into sections, which evaluate general areas of the establishment. Second, each section is composed of questions. This special structure allows us to design specific questionnaires to assess service quality across different businesses.
We organize our reports by evaluation sections, for example: ‘Hospitality,’ ‘Interior Image,’ ‘Cleanliness,’ or any other area necessary for assessment.
Each section is made up of various items (‘questions’) and comments (‘qualitative evaluation elements’) provided by our inspectors.
Results Presentation
At the beginning of each report, the scores obtained for each section are detailed, averaged, and accompanied by a comparative chart.
Scores are on a 10-point scale, and each section can be weighted according to the client’s preference. This allows giving more importance to one section over another, based on the business or client’s needs.
The report is very easy to read: each section includes the corresponding responses, which are further divided into positive, negative, and inspector comments.
At the end of each report, you will find the mystery shopper’s personal comments and recommendations, enriching the report with qualitative insights.
Each evaluation includes photographic evidence to support the visit to the location or the products consumed. These are attached at the end of each report.
Multi-platform
Once the inspectors submit their questionnaires, our quality team reviews the evidence to ensure that all established evaluation points are met. This process is carried out before delivering the results to the client, ensuring that each report meets our quality standards.
Both the questionnaires and reports are stored on our specialized Mystery Shopper platform. This platform is multi-device, meaning it can be accessed on mobile phones, tablets, or computers, whether using Windows, iOS, or Android.
