1. Be detailed and observant
- You need to have great attention to detail to notice small but important aspects, such as staff attitude, waiting times, cleanliness, among others.
2. Follow instructions
- Each mystery shopping task has specific scripts and guidelines that you must follow exactly, so it is essential to be able to follow precise instructions.
3. Good memory capacity
- During an assessment, you often won’t be able to take notes in real time, so a good memory is key to remembering all the details you’ll need to include in your report.
4. Writing and communication skills
- After each task, you must write a clear and objective report with your observations. It is important to be able to communicate your findings accurately and concisely.
5. Punctuality and responsibility
- You must be able to complete assessments within the established timeframes and conduct visits on the dates and times indicated.
6. Discretion
- Maintaining confidentiality is essential. You should not reveal your identity as a mystery shopper or ask questions that seem out of the ordinary.
7. Internet access
- Most mystery shopping tasks are managed through online platforms, so internet access is required to review assignments and submit reports.
8. Means of transport
- Depending on the location of the assessments, you may need your own transportation to get to shops or restaurants.
9. Minimum age
- Some companies may require a minimum age, usually 18, to conduct assessments.
10. Flexible schedule
- Most evaluations take place during business hours, so it is helpful to be available during those times to complete the tasks.
11. Experience not always necessary
- In many cases, no prior experience is required. However, some profiles with experience in customer service or sales may have an advantage when selected for more complex tasks.

Instructions to become a “Mystery Shopper”
1. Register on our Mystery Solutions platform. REGISTER
2. Follow us on our Facebook and Instagram pages, check out our active campaigns, and send us a message.
3. After contacting you, we will share available vacancies with you.
4. You will be trained via Google Meet and provided with a PDF guide that explains each step of the assigned visit in detail.
5. Make the assigned visit.



6. Take notes, photographs and audio (if required) discreetly.
7. After the visit, access our intranet and complete your assigned questionnaire.
8. Make sure you submit your evidence before the deadline.
9. Once the company reviews and approves your report, you will receive the agreed-upon payment within a maximum of 5 business days.
10.Do not disclose your identity as a Mystery Shopper or any details of the evaluations.
